Turkey/Syria Fundraiser Update
We had fundraising on last Friday at ICP for our brothers and sisters in Turkey and Syria.
Alhamdulillah we got pledges of $41,630.
Insha’Allah we will be sending check to Zakat Foundation tomorrow Saturday, February 18th.
If you intend to donate for this cause, please give your amount by tonight Insha’Allah.
Note: If you are Caterpillar employee, please make check payable to Zakat Foundation, and you can submit to matching program in Caterpillar to double your donation.

On Friday March 3rd, we will have our first Friday of the month community dinner @ 6:30pm Insha’Allah.
Dinner will be hosted by families from Syria, America, Lebanon, Egypt, Libya, Nigeria,and Uganda Insha’Allah. Coordinators are Br Mazen Naffakh and Br Jihad Salahuddin.

Peoria Muslim Club (PMC) will be holding its Annual Kids and Youth/Mens Basketball tournament on weekend of March 11th and 12th Insha’Allah. Registration details have been sent via email. Muslim businesses can sponsor the event.

Gym is reserved for girls and sisters sporting activities on Saturdays from 12:00pm to 2pm, and Sundays from 4:30pm – 6pm. Girls younger than 9 years of age should be accompanied by their mother or older sibling.

Boys Basketball (ages 7-13) is on Wednesdays from 7:30 to 9pm, and Boys Soccer (ages 6-13) is on Sundays from 1:30 to 3:30pm.

ICP will be hosting a Ramadan Fair activity for women and children (ages 3yrs – 13yrs) on Saturday, March 18th, 2023 after Dhuhur Salah till 5:00pm in the ICP Gym. Registration details have sent via email.
Mothers are required to be with their children during the whole event.
