From Monday January 1st, Fajr will change to 6:15am, Asr to 3:25pm, and Maghrib to 5pm.

• Prayer calendar for 2024 will be emailed on December 31st Insha’Allah, and also will be updated on ICP website.

• We will have first Friday of the month community dinner on Friday, January 5th @ 6:30pm, followed by Dars after Isha Insha’Allah.
  January dinner will be hosted by families from Syria/America/Nigeria/Lebanon/Egypt/Libya. Coordinators are Br Mazen Naffakh and Br Saheed Rosenje. If you want to join the host group, please contact them or send email to activities@icpeoria.org

• Due to holidays and unavailability of volunteers, Hafs Center, Sunday School, Tajweed Class, Boys Soccer, Boys Basketball and Sisters Sports Activities have been cancelled. All activities will resume from Sunday, January 7th Insha’Allah.

• Br. Jihad Salahuddin who had accepted his nomination to be in ICP Executive Committee has withdrawn his nomination for personal reasons.
  Election committee contacted the other nominated candidates who had earlier accepted their nominations, but withdrew their nominations as they didn’t want to have elections to be in Masjid committee. From the contacted eligible candidates Br Asim Uzzaman accepted his nomination Alhamdulillah.
  Therefore the ICP Executive Committee Insha’Allah for 2024 will be

• Inna Lillahi wa Inna Ilaihi Rajioun
  Sister Nezide Muzaffer Bakirdan, mother of brothers Ali and Ozkan Bakirdan, passed away in Peoria. Her Janaza was held this past Tuesday.
  May Allah SWT forgive the deceased, give her Jannatul Firdaus, and grant patience to her family and friends, Ameen.
