- A series of Ramadan preparation duroos are going to be held on Saturdays, February 24th to March 9th from 2:00 – 3:30 PM for sisters only Insha’Allah. Babysitting will be provided.Online Tajweed class for sisters is being held every Thursday 12pm. Details have been sent in the email.
Today’s Tajweed class for brothers has been canceled.
- As has been announced, Imam Mahjoob Jaily is being considered as a potential candidate for Imam’s position at ICP Insha’Allah. He has been invited for an in-person interview from Thursday, February 29th to Monday, March 4th Insha’Allah.His detailed activities schedule has been sent via email and has been posted on ICP website.
We encourage community members to attend these sessions and provide feedback via Evaluation Form available in Masjid.
- Insha’Allah on Friday March 1st, we will have first Friday of the month community dinner @ 6:30pm.Dinner will be Insha’Allah hosted by families from: Malaysia/Indonesia/Cambodia/
Somalia/Mali/Macedonia/ Albania/Iraq/Yemen.Coordinators are Br Rammagy Yoeu, Br Shpetim Useini, and Br Al-Barrae Shebib. If you want to join the host group, please contact any of them or send email to activities@icpeoria.org.
- ICP will be Insha’Allah having arrangements for Iftar/Dinner 3 days every week in the Masjid on Friday, Saturday, and Sunday.Alhamdulilah Iftar signup sheet posted on notice board is full. If you intend to participate, please contact the host whose number is listed on signup sheet or you can contact activities chair Br Asim Uzzaman (activities@icpeoria.org) or Br Majid Alikhan.
- Peoria Muslim Club (PMC) will be holding its Annual PMC Muslim Community Boys Basketball tournament on Saturday March 2nd from 8am to 4pm Insha’Allah. Team details will be sent via email. For any questions, please contact PMC Chair Br Saleem Khan.
