⁃ General Topics and Q&A with students @ MSA Bradley Masjid on Tuesdays after Isha’a
⁃ Open Dawah session is on every Friday. Invite your non-Muslim friends for Friday prayer and schedule 1-1 with Imam on Fridays 2-3pm or anytime during his office hours to answer their questions
⁃ Children’s session is on Sundays after Dhur Salah
Imam is also Principal of Noor AlHuda Weekend School
He is available for family and youth counseling Insha’Allah

3. Insha’Allah on Friday December 6th, we will have first Friday of the month community dinner at 6:30pm, followed by Dars after Isha.
December dinner will be hosted by families from Jordan and Palestine Insha’Allah.
Group coordinators are Br AbuNidal Mizyed, Br Amer Radaideh, and Br Morad Abdalla. They will try to reach out to their group members, but obviously as they won’t know everyone, you can reach out to them for participation or send email to activities@icpeoria.org
4. ICP Executive Committee election will be on Sunday, December 15th.

We are requesting ICP members to nominate 2 candidates who they think will be able to give their time and commitment Insha’Allah for the next 2 years.
Nominations can be submitted between Sunday, December 1st to Monday, December 9th.
Nomination forms are available in the Masjid. Please complete and turn in your nomination form in any of the slots of the donation box.

As per ICP constitution:
Anyone who has been a member for more than six months and is in good standing may nominate, vote, and run in the elections.
Members may not nominate themselves for candidacy. Good Standing members list has already been posted at ICP.
Members are encouraged to nominate candidates based on the following qualifications:
A religious person possessing fear of Allah and good conduct,
A person who makes an effort to offer the obligatory prayers in congregation in the Masjid,
A person who is committed to community service, and
A person who has lived in Peoria for at least six months prior to nomination.
Members of the Election Committee are not eligible to run for election.
Br Shaji Siddiqui, who is completing two consecutive terms is not eligible for nomination this year.
5. Daarul Uloom Islamic School will be Insha’Allah conducting SAT prep classes for all our community students in 9th grade and up on Saturdays, beginning December 7th, 2024 and ending on May 10th, 2025 from 7am-9am at the Islamic Center of Peoria.
