- Imam Salman Fallatah is on vacation. He will be back in January first week Insha’Allah .
- Alhamdulillah ICP election process has been completed successfully as per ICP constitution.
Out of all the nominations we received, there were 6 eligible nominees who were nominated by 3 or more members as per ICP constitution. 4 nominees declined their nominations, and the following 2 brothers accepted their nomination:
• Br Osama Alrefai
• Br Zaheer Malik
Since the number of open positions were same as the number of nominees who accepted nomination, there was no elections. The above listed brothers will serve in the ICP Executive Committee for the next two years starting from January 1st, 2025 Insha’Allah.
As was announced earlier, Br Amer Radaideh, Br Asim Uzzaman, and Br Muhammad Yousaf are continuing from the current Executive Committee in 2025 Insha’Allah.
Therefore, the brothers who will be serving Insha’Allah in the ICP Executive Committee in 2025 will be:

• Br Asim Uzzaman
• Br Muhammad Yousaf
• Br Osama Alrefai
• Br Zaheer Malik
We would like to thank outgoing Executive Committee member Br Shaji Siddiqui and rest of the brothers in the current ICP Executive Committee for their services to our community, and ask Allah SWT to guide the new committee to do what pleases Him. Ameen!
- As per ICP constitution, the Advisory Board and the Executive Committee have selected Br Muhammad Yousaf to be the ICP President for upcoming year Insha’Allah.
The new ICP Executive Committee roles for 2025 Insha’Allah will be as follows:

Secretary – Br Osama Alrefai
Treasurer – Br Amer Radaideh
Activities – Br Asim Uzzaman
Operations – Br Zaheer Malik
- Insha’Allah, on Friday, January 3rd, we will hold our first Friday of the month community dinner at 6:30 PM, followed by a Dars session after Isha.
This month’s dinner will be hosted by families from Syria, Egypt, America, Nigeria, and Lebanon, Insha’Allah.
The group coordinators are Br. Mazen Naffakh and Br. Saheed Rosenje. While they will try to contact their group members, they may not know everyone. If you’d like to participate, feel free to reach out to them directly or send an email to activities@icpeoria.org.
- Daarul Uloom Islamic School is conducting SAT prep classes for all our community students in 8th grade and above on Saturday’s from 7-9am Insha’Allah at Islamic Center of Peoria.
