Our community senior member, Br Noor Khaiser is moving to Florida in March to be closer to his children Insha’Allah. We will be having farewell dinner for him tonight Friday, February 21st at 6:30pm Insha’Allah.

Also after Isha there will be a workshop by Muslim Civic Coalition to educate our community about building local civic power and learn about Halal and kosher bills.

Ramadan will start on either Saturday March 1st, or Sunday March 2nd as per Chicago Hilal Committee. We will be hosting Iftar/Dinners here at ICP 3 days every week on Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays Insha’Allah.

Dinner coordinators have been assigned for each of these days. Everyone is encouraged to participate with one of the host groups as per your convenience. Suggested contribution is $200 or whatever is easy for you. Coordinator list has been sent via email and posted on ICP website and notice board

To join any host group, you can contact any of the coordinators, or ICP Activities chair Br Asim Uzzaman (activities@icpeoria.org), or you can zelle your contribution to (treasurer@icpeoria.org) and mention Iftar in memo.

Insha’Allah tomorrow Saturday February 22nd, we will be doing Masjid, Gym, and Basement Community Hall cleanup in preparation of Ramadan.

We will start cleaning right after Dhohar (1:30pm) and estimated to be complete by 4:30pm Insha’Allah. Come yourself and bring your children too also to help.

 Insha’Allah on Sunday February 23rd, we will have Ramadan Fair for our Girls, Sisters and Boys ages 3 to 12 from 1:30 to 5pm.

Program includes Salah, Crafts, Games, Pizza and Juice.

Alhamdulillah we have got over 215 registrations for this event. Registration for this event is now closed.

Parent Orientation for Daarul Uloom Quran Academy Level 1 Hif’d Class of 2025/26 is scheduled for Sunday, February 23rd, 2025 after Maghrib at 6:15pm in ICP Basement Community Hall Insha’Allah.

Interested parents (both mother and father) are highly encouraged to attend the IN-PERSON orientation for more information.

Hafs Quran Memorization classes are on Fridays from 6:30 to 9pm

Noor AlHuda Weekend classes are on Sundays from 10am to 1:30pm

Daarul Uloom ACT class for all community 8th graders and above is on Saturdays from 7 to 9am.

 Boys Basketball and Soccer weekly activity has concluded this past week Alhamdulillah.
