Eid will be observed on either Sunday, March 30th, or Monday, March 31st, based on the Chicago Hilal Committee’s announcement.
Eid Salah will take place at 7:15 AM and 9:00 AM, Insha’Allah. The 9:00 AM Salah will be followed by a brunch—please bring a dish to share.
Eid dinner is scheduled for 6:30 PM on the night of Eid, Insha’Allah.
Both Eid Salah and dinner will be held at ICP, while kids’ games will take place at IFP from 3:00 to 6:00 PM, Insha’Allah. Depending on the confirmed Eid date, a balloon artist will be available on Sunday after Salah (10:30 AM – 12:00 PM) and Monday after dinner (7:00 – 8:30 PM).
Suggested donations for expenses:

Insha’Allah, Iftar/Dinner will be held at ICP tonight (Friday) and tomorrow (Saturday).
If Eid falls on Monday, there will be no dinner at ICP. However, for students and singles, Iftar/Dinner will be available at MSA Bradley Masjid on Sunday, Insha’Allah.

The Zakat al-Fitr amount is $15 per person. To ensure timely distribution, the last day for collection at ICP is today, Friday, March 28th, 2025. Payments can be made via Zelle (treasurer@icpeoria.org), by check, or by dropping it in the marked slot in the Masjid donation box. If paying via Zelle or check, please mention “Fitra” in the memo.

Insha’Allah, the Khatm Quran will take place during Taraweeh tonight.

Alhamdulillah, several brothers are observing Itikaf at the Masjid during the last ten days of Ramadan. Children aged 13 and under must be accompanied by a parent or guardian.

Imam Salman will hold a Khatira after Fajr and between Taraweeh, along with a special session for children 20 minutes before Isha on dinner nights.
During the last ten nights of Ramadan, Imam Salman is conducting a special program for youth boys and those in Itikaf. There are also dedicated programs for sisters and youth girls on the odd nights of Ramadan. Details have been shared via email and posted on the Masjid notice boards.

The Arabic Class Level 1, a 20-week course, was successfully completed last weekend, Alhamdulillah.

Noor AlHuda Weekend School and Hafs Quran Memorization Center will be closed this week and next week in observance of Eid.
