  • Imam has khatira daily after Isha on various topics.
Islamic Core Beliefs class is held every Saturday from 12pm – 1:15pm.
Classes for Arabic, Quran, and Islamic Studies are being held every Sunday from 10:15am to 1:15pm.

 

  • Insha’Allah tonight Friday March 3rd, we will have our first Friday of the month community dinner @ 6:30pm Insha’Allah.
Dinner will be hosted by families from Syria, America, Lebanon, Egypt, Libya, Nigeria, and Uganda Insha’Allah.
After Isha, there will be Insha’Allah a lecture by Imam Burhan on “Getting Ready for Ramadan”.

 

  • As announced earlier, we will be having arrangements for Iftar/Dinner 3 days every week in ICP on Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays Insha’Allah. Iftar/Dinner signup sheet at ICP is full Alhamdulillah.
If you haven’t signed up yet and intended to do so, please contact the host whose number is listed on signup sheet posted on notice board,  or you can contact activities chair Br Adil Alikhan (activities@icpeoria.org) or Br Majid Alikhan, and they can Insha’Allah work with some of the hosts to arrange part of Iftar on your behalf.

 

  • Peoria Muslim Club (PMC) will be holding its Annual Kids and Youth/Mens Basketball tournament on weekend of March 11th and 12th Insha’Allah.

Registration details have been sent via email. Muslim businesses can sponsor the event. Last day to register is Saturday, March 4th by Isha prayer.

 

  • Gym is reserved for girls and sisters sporting activities on Saturdays from 12:00pm to 2pm, and Sundays from 4:30pm – 6pm.

Girls younger than 9 years of age should be accompanied by their mother or older sibling.

 

  • Boys Basketball (ages 7-13) is on Wednesdays from 7:30 to 9pm, and Boys Soccer (ages 6-13) is on Sundays from 1:30 to 3:30pm.

 

  • ICP will be hosting a Ramadan Fair activity for women and children (ages 3yrs – 13yrs) on Saturday, March 18th, 2023 after Dhuhur Salah till 5:00pm in the ICP Gym Insha’Allah.
Alhamdulillah we over 150 people registered. Registration has been closed. Mothers need to be present with their children during the entire session.

 

  • Br Tarig Ali’s wife Sr Huda Eltahir is in ICU in OSF.
Br Iqbal Sharifs wife has sustained brain injury in burglary attempt in Chicago.
May Allah SWT give them, and all sick of our ummah speedy recovery Ameen
