Bismillāhi r-Raḥmāni r-Raḥīm

This form is part of a private and community-supported Islamic matrimonial facilitation effort under the guidance of local Imams and trusted elders. It is not a matchmaking service, but a means of helping individuals and families who seek marriage in a manner compliant with the Qurʾān, Sunnah, upon the methodology of the Ṣaḥābah. This endeavor is soley for the pleasure of Allah to facilitate the joining of hearts without any worldly benefits.

Confidentiality & Trust

• - All information submitted in this form will be treated as strictly confidential.
• - The names and personal details will be accessible only to: - The Imams of Islamic Foundation of Peoria (IFP) and Islamic Center of Peoria (ICP). - Two designated and responsible elders who have been selected for their discretion and Islamic integrity.
• - No part of this form or its contents will be shared outside the facilitation process without the applicant’s prior consent.

Process Overview

• - Once a form is submitted, the Imams and trusted elders may review it to identify compatible matches based on religious values, family considerations, and personal preferences.
• - If a potential match is found, both families will be formally contacted and provided basic profile information to begin the discussion process.
• - Any meetings or communication between the potential couple will take place with family knowledge and/or Wālī involvement in accordance with Islamic principles.
• - No communication will be allowed privately or informally without Sharʿī oversight.
• - The Masājid (ICP & IFP) will not host or manage meetings but may refer to this effort as a community resource only.

Disclaimer of Liability

• - The role of the Imams, elders, or Masjid representatives is solely facilitative.
• - They bear no liability for the outcomes of the marriage process, whether successful or otherwise.
• - The individuals and families involved are expected to perform due diligence, ask necessary questions, and make decisions through duʿāʾ, Istikhārah, and family consultation.
• - Neither ICP nor IFP, nor any of their Imams or volunteers, guarantee compatibility, nor will they intervene in any personal, emotional, legal, or financial issues that may arise before or after marriage.
• - Participation in this process constitutes full acknowledgment and acceptance of this disclaimer.
